PhotobooksNow places great pride in our work and we are committed to satisfying all of our customers’ needs completely. 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, simply contact us at inquire@photobooksnow.com within 30 days of delivery and we will provide you with a reprint or a refund, whichever you prefer.  You will be asked to provide your name, order number, and job number.  You may be asked to provide additional information regarding your order.  We will contact you via e-mail and provide you with a Refund or a Reprint Number.

*To ensure satisfaction with your order, please proofread any captions or other text submitted with your order carefully.  We also recommend using high-resolution photographs to ensure the best quality prints.

Requests for Reprinting

If you would like your order reprinted, be sure to specify that in your e-mail.  Your reprint will be processed according to the usual terms of our shipping policy.  You may be asked to return the product that you were unsatisfied with to the address listed below.  If so, we will issue you a return label to ship the merchandise back in the packaging we shipped it to you in.  Please include the Reprint Number in your return shipment. 

Since it is not our typical practice to monitor or retain any of the content you submitted to us with your order, you may be asked to resubmit your order.  In those cases, we will issue you credit for the price of your order.

Requests for Refund

If you would like a refund for your order, be sure to specify that in your e-mail.  Once you receive the confirmation from us, return the product you were unsatisfied with to our address below. We will issue you a return label to ship the merchandise back in the packaging we shipped it to you in.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once the item is received and processed.
